1.1 The SUCCESSFUL BIDDER shall furnish all personnel, supervision, labor, reports, records, equipment, tools, materials, parts, supplies, transportation, license and permits (including all applicable fees for license, and permits) necessary to provide analytical laboratory testing services in a safe manner and in accordance to all applicable federal, state and local laws. 1.2 The SUCCESSFUL BIDDER shall provide analytical laboratory testing services at the DISTRICT facilities for analytical requirements listed in Section E – Specifications/Scope of Work, Table 1. 1.3 The SUCCESSFUL BIDDER shall coordinate the performance of its analytical laboratory testing services with the DISTRICT Designated Manager/Supervisor or designee. 1.4 The SUCCESSFUL BIDDER shall comply with all rules, regulations, and laws established by any local, state and/or federal regulatory or legislative body having jurisdiction over the facilities owned/managed by the DISTRICT and covered by/under this Contract. 1.5 The SUCCESSFUL BIDDER’S performance shall be in accordance with the highest quality standards prevailing in the analytical laboratory testing industry. 1.6 The SUCCESSFUL BIDDER must have experience in the wastewater industry (preferable experience with a wastewater organization located within the Las Vegas Metropolitan Area).
