Included with both options: One (1) 96-gallon Poly Cart for recycling items once a week collection (firms must provide a list of accepted materials). 4. Included with both options: Bulk/Brush collection on a semi-annual basis with a 10 cubic yard limit (firms must provide a list of accepted materials). Firms may propose an alternative brush/bulk service offering in addition to the Option 1 and 2 pricing. 5. Included with both options: Annual Christmas tree curbside collection and no-charge dead animal curbside pickup from residents is maintained as described in Section II of RFP. 6. City wishes to hear firms’ offerings for smaller residential containers with specifics on sizes and price differences (if any). Firms must state if no smaller residential container size offers are available. 7. City wishes to hear firms’ offerings (if any) for household hazardous waste collection services (such as availability, cost, frequency, and accepted materials). 8. City wishes to hear firms’ offerings (if any) for separate organic yard waste curbside pickup collection (such as availability, cost, frequency, and accepted materials). If additional bags of yard waste are allowed with normal trash pickup, then firms should specify this in their bids for Option 1 and 2.
