The Division of Procurement Services (DPS) seeks to establish a Statewide Term Contract (Contract) for managed service providers (MSPs) to provide end-to-end customer relationship system (CRM) managed services. Using government units (UGUs) may use these managed services and underlying CRM systems as “constituent relationship management” platforms to better manage case work and business processes that relate to the public good and citizen services generally. The lots outlined herein relate to managed services for specific commercial-of-the-shelf (COTS) systems that provide a high level of functionality in integrating the management of contacts, correspondences, business processes, and documents. Throughout the life of the contract, the Contractor must agree to extend software as a service subscription within the State based upon an applicable agreement between the State and the manufacturer or authorized reseller of the CRM system. Also, the Contractor must agree to provide volume discounts.
