This material is proprietary and can only be purchased from Allied Concrete Company. No other company has rights to sell this material. We are projecting to purchase $51,000 of this material to deploy in the following year. Description of supplies, construction, information technology, and/or services Vendor will provide under the contract: Oyster Castles ; Detailed explanation why no other vendor’s supplies, construction, information technology, and/or services will meet the needs of the Agency: This oyster substrate has a proven track record of working on shoreline conditions similar to the shorelines identified for the restoration sites on MCRD Parris Island.
