1.3.1 Proposer(s) will provide weekly Services as specified by each ordering TTU department through a Purchase Order. Alternative scheduling must be agreed upon in writing by ordering TTU department and Proposer(s) 1.3.2 Proposer(s) may submit a Proposal for one or both scopes of work. TTU reserves the right to award a Contract to one or more Proposer(s) for one or both scopes of work. 1.3.3 Services will be provided for various TTU departments located in Lubbock, Texas i. TTU may seek Services for additional off-campus locations, upon written agreement by both parties ii. TTU may seek Services for additional related Services, upon written agreement by both parties iii. TTU reserves the right to add, or remove locations should it be necessary to provide the best service to the TTU campus 1.3.4 Laundry bags and bins will be provided by the Proposer to TTU at no additional cost when required. 1.3.5 Demand for Services will vary throughout the year depending on Employee and Student Holiday, including but not limited to pickups and deliveries. i.
