Project Cleanup must include rolling the area affected with a magnetic roller, cleanup, and hauling off all construction debris. CONTRACT OPTIONS (REQUIRED) System to be 2.0" seam height on an 18" span to achieve UL90 wind rating and UL 2218 Class 4 impact rating. CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Remove existing roof materials. Inspect decking and facia for rotted wood (TMD must approve any wood replacement required above four sheets 4x8 plywood decking, 15/32 inch and 24 linear feet of 2x6 inch dimensional lumber. Supply and install high-temp synthetic underlayment to all roof surfaces. Supply and install a new waterproof membrane around all roof penetrations. Fabricate and install new metal drip-edge and curb flashing. Install new roofing panels. Fabricate and install a new metal ridge cap. Haul away all project-related trash and debris (off-site).
