• The successful Bidder will report to and schedule Services with the assigned District ESE Supervisors; • The successful Bidder will prepare time logs, reports, written analyses, and other written memoranda in the form and manner deemed appropriate by SBAC; • The successful Bidder will maintain student therapy records as established by SBAC, and such records shall remain the sole property of SBAC. These records will contain, but are not limited to, attendance records, progress notes, IEP goals, plan of treatment, reports to physicians, and appropriate documentation for Medicaid reimbursement. The successful Bidder will assist the ESE Supervisor(s) with record review as needed; • SBAC will monitor the schedules for therapy and other services expected of the successful Bidder. All therapists will be required to carry a cell phone so they may be immediately contacted the SBAC personnel as necessary (at no additional cost to the SBAC); • All replacement personnel are subject to approval by SBAC. Resumes and licenses will be reviewed by the ESE Supervisor(s) and are subject to their approval. Replacement personnel must have credentials equivalent, at least, to the individuals whom they replace. SBAC reserves the right to interview replacement personnel at no cost;
