We are requesting proposals for installation of Access Control Systems for 4 buildings. The locations are at McMinnville, Salem, Tillamook and Warrenton. The proposal should contain: 1. The system must be compatible with DMP software/hardware. Provide separate quotes utilizing Vitrual Keypad and/or S2 Netbox. 2. Install one door exterior access for all buildings except Salem which would need 3 door exterior access. 3. Install 3 door interior access for Salem and 2 door interior access for all other buildings. 4. Connect and network with all existing DMP buildings (4). Connectivity can be wired or wireless. 5. Access Control should allow for use by keypad and proximity card. 6. Permits. 7. Warranty. 8. Meet or exceed industry standards. 9. Liability and WC insurance. 10. Licensed and Bonded Selection is based upon price, quality of work, responsiveness of work completion, maintenance/warranty agreements, knowledge and expertise of the equipment.
