1. The Contractor shall perform semiannual scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance (PM) on all wet and dry sprinkler systems and related equipment. This includes but is not limited to control valves, inspector test connections, water flow devices, pressure regulating devices, gauges, pipe valves, alarm valves, check valves, pressurereducing valves, fire department connections, flow switches, and alarm device reporting. These services shall be provided at a fixed, all-inclusive unit price. All required reports must be generated at the time of inspection, and each system must be properly tagged and photographed with the current tag. 2.
