The Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH), Office of Women’s Health and Family Services (OWHFS), is requesting proposals for procuring a software solution for the implementation of a web-based, Vendor-hosted, dual module software suite enabling IDPH to track participant data for the Illinois Breast and Cervical Cancer Program (IBCCP) and the Illinois WISEWOMAN Program (IWP). IDPH's OWHFS administers both IBCCP and IWP, which are federally funded programs, through a Cooperative Agreement with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). IBCCP provides breast and cervical cancer screening services to women aged 21-64, through breast and cervical cancer grant programs at 29 Lead Agencies (subject to change depending on agency participation) that cover all 102 Illinois counties. IBCCP’s sister program, IWP, provides cardiovascular screening services and lifestyle interventions to IBCCP participants, aged 35-64, through 9 IBCCP Lead Agencies (subject to change depending on agency participation) that cover 19 Illinois counties.
