A. Use. The Property shall be used for agricultural/cultivation purposes only. Hunting, fishing, trapping, or other recreation activities are NOT permitted. B. Timber. Without approval of the respective owner, no clear cutting of the Property shall occur and no rights are conveyed to the lessee to remove, disturb or sell any standing timber on the Property. C. Sub-leasing. The lessee may not sub-lease to any third party or assign the lease. D. Sale of Property. In the event the County sells or requires for any public use the Property, the lessee covenants and agrees to terminate the lease upon 60 days’ written notice. Under these circumstances, the County agrees to reimburse the lessee for any expenses incurred in the planting of crops that cannot be harvested as a result of the sale of the Property. County will also reimburse lessee for any advance rent payments made.
