The Civil Service Unit of the Human Resources Division is seeking to provide an alarm system, along with motion detected video capabilities, to secure a room located at One Hundred Cambridge Street, Suite 600 in Boston, Massachusetts. The single room is approximately 600 square feet and has two access doors. Alarm system Capabilities: Ability to turn it on and off. Locally and remotely. Alarm triggered when door is opened without authorized personnel scanning their ID. Alarm triggered by door left open for extended period of time. Limit who can access the room via a ID scan pad. If triggered a specified plan of action would commence i.e. notification to certain individuals. Ability to reset the alarm remotely. Video Camera Capabilities: Detect and record any motion within the room. Storage of video for one year. Ability to access video live if motion is detected. Cloud type storage. Easily accessible.
