A. Provide drawings to the City of Santa Fe Springs for all permit(s) that will be required for this project. B. Approved permit(s) to be on the job site when the project begins. C. Furnish and install (1) one additional transformer 3-phase extremely high voltage 480 voltage delta-208 - 120. D. Secure 208-120 high voltage transformer to concrete as specified in the provided drawing. F. Furnish and wall mount subpanel as specified in the provided drawing. G. Furnish and install (8) eight wall surface mounted 20 amps, 1 gang, duplex receptacle assembly, and a total 240 lineal feet, ¾” diameter EMT conduit with 3- #12 wire for regular outlets. H. Furnish and install (9) nine wall surface mounted 20 amperes, 2 gang, duplex receptacle assembly, and a total 60 lineal feet, ¾” diameter EMT conduit with 3-#10 wire. I. Furnish and install (2) two-column surface mounted 20 amperes, 1 gang, duplex receptacle assembly, and a total of 40 lineal feet, ¾” diameter EMT conduit with 3-#10 wire for column outlets. J. Furnish and install (1) one 120/208 volt, 4 wire, 3-phase, 100 to 225-ampere main breaker, 42 circuit capacity assembled subpanel with lock for DA use only.
