The Proposed LC/MS systems shall: • Be a complete, integrated system including all necessary hardware and software components. • Be manufactured no earlier than 2022. • Be fully tested, certified in working condition, and suitable for immediate deployment in a research laboratory environment. • Include all standard accessories and interface components. • Be delivered with installation ready packaging, including crates and protective materials for transport.
