The contractor shall furnish all equipment, tools, labor, materials, etc., necessary to carry out the repair and/or replacement of overhead doors for the Transportation Cabinet in various locations throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky. The Transportation Cabinet shall determine the specific sites/locations as needed. This project shall consist of the complete repair and/or replacement of Overhead Doors at Kentucky Transportation Cabinet Facilities on an "on call " basis in the following counties: Adair, Bell, Breathitt, Casey, Clay, Clinton, Cumberland, Estill, Floyd, Harlan, Jackson, Johnson, Knott, Knox, Laurel, Lawrence, Lee, Leslie, Letcher, Lincoln, McCreary, Magoffin, Martin, Menifee, Morgan, Owsley, Perry, Pike, Powell, Pulaski, Rockcastle, Russell, Wayne, Whitley, and Wolfe.
