Scope of Work: The Offeror agrees to provide the County with a comprehensive Inmate Health Monitoring System to support the operational needs of the Department of Corrections. The software solution will be initially deployed to the second floor of the Justice Center, with an optional expansion to the third-floor suicide unit and a strategic implementation plan for future scalability across all floors. Additionally, the Department of Corrections seeks optional capabilities to track the movement and health of non-inmates, ensuring alignment with operational goals and security protocols. The system must comply with all relevant health data regulations to maintain security and confidentiality. Proposals shall include application software, software implementation, system interfaces as needed, recommended hardware and peripherals (if applicable), project management, comprehensive training, maintenance, and support. Qualified organizations are invited to submit a proposal for a cloud-based or onpremises solution. Describe the support provided after installation and implementation are complete. 2. Specific Services: Qualified organizations are invited to submit a proposal describing their ability to carry out the services within the above stated scope of work. All specifications are defined in Exhibit C – “Functional Requirements and Checklist.” It is anticipated that successful Offerors will provide the following specific services: A. Integration (1) Setup of all staff user accounts using Active Directory (2) Setup of any required interfaces for Inmate Health Monitoring application to automate, accept, and attach to the following: a. Jail Management System (CentralSquare) b. Electronic Medical System (Fusion/GE Centricity) C. Training, documentation, and knowledge transfer (1) Onsite & Virtual staff training a. Configuration b.
