The BCDCOG is seeking an enterprise camera system solution for use throughout the agency. Services provided by the contractor shall include design, installation, configuration, support and training. The initial phase will deal with establishing an enterprise video management system with IP-based cameras currently in use at several different locations. An additional phase, as needed, may involve the replacement of cameras, wiring, etc. as technology requires. The consultant should be able to provide Active maintenance and break/fix services to existing camera systems. Active monitoring of the health of the system and cameras must be provided. Alerts and system notifications should push messages to designated staff members notifying them of outages or issues.
