Remove unsafe structure(s) on property; Break up at least 20% of the basement floor for drainage uniformly distributed; Remove all vegetation higher than 12 inches; Clean and haul away all debris; Concrete slabs and footings to be removed two (2) feet below grade; Backfill material shall be free of wood and compacted thoroughly; Any underground tanks discovered on the site shall be removed; Cisterns shall be filled as required for basements; Restore the lot to uniform grade with top 12 inches of topsoil; and seed and straw lot. Additional grade inspection will be done after seeding and prior to application of straw; Provide control over the site to eliminate hazards to the public, and to protect City streets, curbs and sidewalks, the contractor will be responsible for any damage to any city streets, curbs, sidewalks or any public property.
