The work to be done shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to construct the proposed Brooks County Jail & Sheriff’s Office Painting Renovations as shown on the construction drawings. In general, construction consists of repainting approximately ± 19,000 S.F. of floor spacing in the Jail’s booking and receiving area, corridors and inmate holding area, minor repairs and all associated measures for the complete project. Time allotted for completion of work is 180 consecutive calendar days to substantial completion. Work shall be complete and ready for contract close-out with 194 consecutive calendar days. All work shall be completed in accordance with the plans and specifications. The work will be awarded in one (1) Contract.
