The Leon County – City of Tallahassee Blueprint Intergovernmental Agency (“Agency”) invites prospective Bidders to submit bids to construct roadway and median improvements for the North Monroe Gateway Median Construction and Landscaping Project (“Project”). The Scope of Work for the Project will consist of the construction of two landscaped medians on North Monroe Street between Allen Road and John Knox Road. The majority of the work will be landscape installation along with some curb and gutter work. Additionally, the Contractor will be responsible for providing maintenance of traffic during the permissible hours pursuant to the permit, demolition, landscape maintenance during establishment, ancillary utility work for the irrigation system, as-built survey, and facilitating construction meetings with the Florida Department of Transportation (“FDOT”), the Agency, and the City of Tallahassee.
