Volusia County intends to enter a contract/agreement with multiple vendors to provide horizontal and vertical blinds. The awarded vendors shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, and services necessary to furnish, deliver, and install all work as required by job conditions or as directed by the county project manager. This project includes the removal and proper disposal of existing window blinds and the procurement, delivery, and installation of new blinds that meet the County's operational, aesthetic, and energy efficiency requirements. Vendors must conduct site assessments to ensure accurate measurements and compatibility with existing window structures. The new blinds should be durable, easy to maintain, and designed to enhance light control and insulation. Installation must be completed with minimal disruption to daily office operations while adhering to all safety and building regulations. Vendors are also responsible for ensuring proper functionality and providing any necessary training or documentation on maintenance and care.
