2.3.1 The contractor shall provide furnishings of all direct and indirect materials and labor. 2.3.2 Complete the work before the end of June. 2.3.3 The shelter will be 24x36’ pole barn-style shelter. 2.3.4 The concrete floor shall be 4” thick with a 3’ apron on the long side front of the building. Concrete pad is 28’ deep and 36’wide 2.3.5 Sheet metal siding and roof. 2.3.6 Insulated roof. Foam board is acceptable. 2.3.7 No insulation, electrical, plumbing, or drywall on the interior walls. 2.3.8 Wainscoting with same color on the bottom of the wall as the roof. 2.3.9 2X man doors, 36” wide, steel, insulated, window portion at top, weather stripping around sides. Interior swing. Deadbolt locks. Handleset on exterior, not knob or lever. 2.3.10 6X single hung or double hung vinyl windows with a minimum dimension of 24x36” with grills and screens. 2.3.11 1X standard 8x8’ insulated garage door with window portion on top. Manual operation. 2.3.12 6-inch gutters on the long sides with downspouts on both sides. 2.3.13 Contractor can dispose of scrap metal and waste at MDOT SHA Centerville roll off scrap metal dumpster and landfill dumpster. 2.3.14 Site shall be returned without trash from contractor. 2.3.15 Contractor shall provide their own water, and if needed generator and compressor. 2.3.16 If there is any subcontracting, it shall be limited in nature and to a specific task like concrete or gutters. The whole job cannot be subcontracted.
