This interpreter will facilitate professional interactions between the deaf and hard-of-hearing customers who are seeking non-commercial Driver Licensing Knowledge and Skill Testing, including Medical Advisory Board Interviews, or as needed, and the MVA employees at the MVA locations throughout the State of Maryland. 2. The Bidder shall possess an up-to-date UbiDuo communication device to allow realtime face-to-face communication when necessary. This device is essential for fostering clear dialogue and collaboration. Video Remote Interpretation (VRI) Services VRI means off-site interpreting services provided through video conferencing technology, equipment and a high-speed internet connection with sufficient bandwidth for ASL interpreting service. 1.
