Specifications include, but are not limited to: The proposer shall have the responsibility of providing services for the 2025-2026 school year that may include direct behavioral services, consultation services, mental health services, professional development and Functional Behavioral Assessment (FBA) evaluation services as determined by the District’s needs. 1. The District is seeking the proposer to provide the services referred to herein as “Standard Services” and “Extraordinary Services”. 2. Standard Services: a. The District is proposing the following staff under these services as follows: i. Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA); ii. Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBA); iii. Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBT); iv. Mental Health Providers; b. Each individual furnished by the provider must be capable of providing a minimum of 15 hours of services for each full week (Monday-Friday inclusive) that the District’s schools are in session. Continuity of services to each pupil by one specific specialist is essential to the scope of this RFP. For the 2025-2026 school year, the District will contract for the provision of approximately 60 hours per month. The proposer must identify in its proposal the total number of hours per week of services to which it is capable of committing.
