The objective of the project is to rehabilitate three existing wastewater lift stations - Lift Station (LS) 119, LS 120, and LS 122 and eliminate the existing re-pumping configuration at LS 122. Eliminating the re-pumping configuration at LS 122 will require the existing pumps at LS 156 to be replaced with new pumps sized for the increased discharge pressure condition. Existing asbestos concrete (AC) and aged forcemain and potable watermain piping is also to be replaced as part of the scope of work. Requirements: General Contractor License or Underground Contractor License for Design-Builder, Professional Engineer License(s) for Design Professional. The selected Design-Builder shall have completed construction of no less than 3 similar projects of a similar size, type, and complexity lift station projects and 3 similar size, type and complexity pipeline replacement projects in the State of Florida in the last 10 years through conventional design bid build delivery or alternative design bid delivery. Firm must have minimum 10 years of experience in similar municipal sewer lift stations, sewer forcemain, and potable watermain design and construction of similar scope in the State of Florida.
