1. Review and advise on various HUD compliance issues. 2. Perform Administrative Functions as directed by the City, or the administration. Assist staff and provide technical assistance as needed by the City. 3. Assist with the Community Development office in reviewing all current and past CHDO activities, giving recommendations, providing technical assistance and capacity building to CHDO’S. 4. Assist the Community Development office with monitoring of sub-recipients for HOME and CDBG Projects. 5. Must be a certified HOME TA provider through HUD Certification. 6. Assist with preparation of Annual Action Plan. Prepare summary including collection of data in support of the plan. 7. Assist with preparation of the Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER). Collection of outcomes on different program areas. 8. Assist with preparation of the 5-Year Consolidated Plan. Collection of outcomes on different program areas. 9. Assist with development of policies and procedures for certain program areas. Develop written standards of processes and procedures for the First Time Homebuyer Program and certain other program areas. 10. On site when required, Must be available to assist with audits. 11. Assist with coordination of public meetings/hearings to encourage public participation 12. Assist with any HUD related programmatic updates 13. Assist with compliance issues (as applicable)
