Enrichment classes in LGSD must: • Prioritize safety, inclusivity, and student engagement • Foster skill-building and leadership development • Create space for students to learn in non-traditional and creative ways • Promote student confidence, voice, and self-expression • Align with the District’s MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports) and whole-child learning priorities Scheduling and Delivery Delivery will vary by program and school site and program type. Vendors should be prepared for service schedules that support: • After-school programming • Intersession or non-school day programming • Daytime electives or assemblies for Community School programs • Class duration and days of service may vary depending on site needs. Vendors must collaborate with site leads to confirm final logistics. All instruction will be in-person and take place on LGSD campuses. Class Operations and Coordination Vendors will collaborate with site-level ELP Coordinators and/or FACE Liaisons and/or Principal to: • Confirm classroom or outdoor space assignments • Support check-in/out routines, attendance tracking, and communication with families • Plan any culminating projects or performances • Support equitable participation across school populations • District staff may observe classes regularly to monitor program quality, student engagement, and alignment to program goals. Marketing, Outreach & Recruitment To support student enrollment and engagement, vendors must be willing to: • Create bilingual flyers (English/Spanish) • Attend family engagement events (e.g., Back-to-School Nights, Open House) • Engage students during lunch or recess to promote offerings
