Plumbing systems include, but are not limited to; piping, hot water piping, domestic hot water piping, cold water piping, domestic water, natural gas piping, drain piping, hydronic piping and systems, sewer, fittings, domestic hot water heaters and generation equipment (including heating and cooling), controls, pumps, drains, vents, clean outs, strainers, toilets, faucets, fixtures, select appliances, associated equipment, sanitary systems, and any other associated plumbing or HVAC systems. On-Call Plumbing Services also includes the emergency repair and service for all Lexington Public School and Municipal Buildings as directed by the Director of Public Facilities or his/her designee in accordance with the specifications and terms and conditions of the contract. The awarded bidder must be able to provide on-call plumbing services upon request during normal and outside of normal business hours, especially during emergency circumstances.
