Niche Academy provides tutorial content that increases resource visibility on the website and demonstrates how to use these resources to customers. This content is produced by Niche Academy or the Niche Academy community and can be embedded directly onto the Library’s website for customers’ immediate access – rather than sending customers to vendor content located on other websites like YouTube. Additionally, the Library can create our own content to add to the Community and share with our customers. The Library also utilizes the training modules available to increase efficiencies in staff training and ensure standardization. Library customers frequently comment that they “didn’t know” about all of the resources that the Library provides (and the taxpayers fund). By increasing awareness for Library resources and providing user tools to demonstrate how to use them, we will be able to provide the best experience for Library customers.
