TTU may request Rental Services including, but not limited to uniforms, shop towels, floor mats, and mops. 2.3.2 Various TTU departments provide uniforms to employees requiring both Laundry Services and Rental Services. Uniforms include, but are not limited to: i. Industrial wear quality pants/shirts ii. Flame Resistant pants/shirts iii. Work pants/shirts iv. Industrial steel-toed boots/shoes v. Caps/beanies vi. Industrial-grade coveralls vii. Work gloves viii.Coats/jackets ix. Lab coats x. Aprons 2.3.3 Flame Resistant (FR) clothing and patches that meet Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 70E requirements may be requested. 2.3.4 Uniform pants/shirts must be kept in good condition. Any missing or broken fastenings, rips, and/or tears must be repaired or mended. 2.3.5 TTU’s ordering department will specify uniform items and quantity at the time of order. 2.3.6 The number of items to be available and to be picked up by Proposer(s) shall be dictated by the requesting department. 2.3.7 Proposer(s) will be responsible for taking measurements of new employees within five (7) working days from the first date of employment to be fulfilled during weekly, or alternatively pre-arranged scheduled deliveries. 2.3.8 Measurements for uniforms will be conducted at each site as specified in Attachment C.
