This sponsorship opportunity is being issued by the Kentucky Personnel Cabinet and is issued in accordance with KRS 45A.097. The purpose of this document is to solicit responses from one or more individuals or companies to assist in presenting the 2025 Governor’s LEAD Conference, formerly the to be held virtually on November 19-20, 2025. Each year, the Personnel Cabinet hosts the Conference to provide professional development in the areas of , leadership, talent management, employee engagement, , and human resource administration.# Based on registration in 2024, the Personnel Cabinet anticipates 1,000+ attendees who are local and state government employees, university and college professionals, representatives of private sector employers, human resource professionals, attorneys, students, and members of the public.# The two day-conference will include a variety of informative presenterled panel sessions and dynamic welcome and keynote speakers
