Montgomery College is seeking vendor proposals for their voluntary group legal, pet insurance, and family care (child, senior care, pet care) programs for January 1, 2026, effective date. The existing group legal program is currently administered by Legal Resources. Pet insurance and family care benefits are new voluntary benefits under consideration. The scope of services associated with this project include the following: GROUP LEGAL PLAN General Advice and Consultation • Unlimited in-person or telephone advice and consultation Preparation and Review of Routine Legal Documents • Unlimited preparation and review of routine legal documents, including but not limited to, powers of attorney, bills of sale and affidavits Law • Adoption • Divorce • Name Change Elder Law Matters • Estate advice • Power of attorney for the member's parents Identity Theft Assistance • Prevention services • Education services • Identity recovery assistance
