The State of Wisconsin (State) as represented by the Department of Administration (DOA) on behalf of its Technology for Educational Achievement (TEACH) program requests information for the provision of Category 1 Data Transmission Services and/or Internet Access as defined by the Universal Services Administration Company (USAC) referred to in this RFI as Network Managed Services (NMS). TEACH customers include eligible public and private K-12 schools which include school head-ends and library systems, libraries, secured juvenile correctional facilities, museums, State residential schools, public and private colleges and universities, and tribal college The diagrams and narrative on the following page illustrate the existing processes used by TEACH Customers for submitting requests, whether for a new service or a change to an existing service, through the State’s TEACH portal. While it is expected that such processes will continue with minimal changes, Responders are encouraged to provide a detailed narrative regarding processes specific to their company and services being proposed within their response to the Innovation Solution Document.
