Select service providers to provide commercial roll up door and automatic gate repair services to multiple City owned properties. City owned properties would include Community Centers, Libraries, Civic Center’s campus buildings, Police and Fire stations, Corporation Yards, and other buildings as needed. The Qualified Vendor list will remain in effect for three years, with a not to exceed amount of $225,000.00 over a three (3) year period with the possibility of two one-year extensions at $75,000 per year with Department Head approval. Vendors who wish to participate must meet certain criteria. Examples are: • Be a member in good standing with the California State Licensing Board. • Be registered with the City’s “Bids Online” program. • Have all City, County, and State required licenses, permits, and insurance. • Comply with local City ordinances; including “Ban the Box Ordinance”
