The City of Columbia, Parks and Recreation Department is seeking a contractor for the installation of City purchased playground equipment and features, as shown in Attachment 1. Playground features contain an independent group play features appropriate for ages 5 – 12 (five to twelve). Installation of playground equipment shall be at Twin Lakes Recreation Area; playground area is approximately eighty feet seven inches by forty-five feet six inches (80’7” x 45’6”). Permit Site Plan available upon request. Play and Park Structures are manufacturers of purchased equipment. Installation contractor shall be certified from the manufacturer to install any and all proposed equipment. All items shall be installed in accordance with manufacturer’s standards and specifications. A National Playground Safety Inspector shall oversee installation of playground.
