Printing under Category 122, includes state agencies’ requirements for quantities of four (4) different sizes; 11-1/4” X 8-3/4” X 4-3/8”, 11-1/4” X 8-3/4” X 8-3/4”, 17-1/4” X 11-1/4” X 11-1/4”, 12-1/2 X 18-1/2” X 8-3/4” of printed White Mottled Kraft liner stock, knock down flat (KDF) corrugated boxes. Orders are placed approximately 4 – 6 times a year in various quantities. All KDF corrugated boxes ordered shall be 32 edge crush test (ECT), single-wall, C-flute recycled Kraft stock using “joint glue inside, equivalent to 200-pound Mullin test rating. All KDF corrugated boxes manufactured under this contract shall meet or exceed industry standards in construction and content of recycled material in accordance with the rules set forth by the “National Motor Freight Classification 100-X”. All printed KDF corrugated boxes require Flexographic printing with the same information printed (common plate) on panel #1 with the Box Manufacturers Certificate (BMC) stamp printed on the bottom flap. The selected contractor shall typeset 48 pt. Type/upper case and provide a proof of the required information prior to printing.
