The scope of work includes pavement rehabilitation, replacement of right-of-way fencing, guardrails and cattle guards replacement, as well as bridge and drainage repairs, and other associated tasks. The consultant shall conduct progress meetings as needed to ensure the project remains on schedule and that issues are addressed promptly. Proactive measures must be taken to mitigate risks, and corrective actions implemented if schedule delays occur. The consultant is responsible for document retention, maintaining and updating the project schedule and risk register, and submitting and updating all relevant materials in the Workfront platform. Surveying services will be performed by the consultant. ADOT will provide the pavement design and associated data. The consultant shall support ADOT in securing all required environmental, utility, and Right of Way clearances. Project plans and technical specifications must be clear, concise, and limited to only the information necessary for the contractor to construct the project. The consultant shall prepare and submit all applicable items, including plans, special provisions, quantities, construction cost estimate and construction schedule in concert with ADOT team and coordinate with ADOT’s Contracts and Specifications group for advertising the project for construction. Construction will be FY27, Q2. Design submittals shall include the Project Requirements (2–3 pages), Stage III, Stage IV and Stage V PS&E
