The selected consultant shall provide comprehensive design, permitting, and engineering services for Phase 1 of the East Boston Resilient Waterfront Project at Lewis Mall and Carlton Wharf, including but not limited to: - Conducting a thorough review and documentation of current site conditions, including environmental assessments. - Perform site investigations including geological borings and environmental testing. - Developing detailed design and engineering documents that align with project goals and community needs. - Facilitating engagement with residents, stakeholders, and property owners to gather input and address concerns throughout the design process. - Navigating the necessary permitting requirements, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. - Preparing final construction documents
