1. Schedule all Preventative Maintenance (PM) and all Repairs on the Air Compressors and Vacuum Systems within forty-eight (48) business hours of with the City Contract Manager and/or designee request. The Contractor shall inform the Contract Manager and/or designee of any changes in scheduling. 2. Failure to meet the scheduled required response time twice within a thirty (30) day period may result in termination of the agreement. 3. Furnish all equipment, labor, and materials required for proper execution of all PMs and Repairs. 4. Not proceed with PMs or Repairs until after receiving written (e.g. email) or oral authorization from the City's Contract Manager and/or designee and without a unique Delivery order (DO) number. 5. Be ready to perform all PM and Repairs upon arrival at the location.
