The primary/secondary contractor (Contractor) must provide all services requested by the California State Lottery (Lottery) for the development and production of Scratchers® (instant Lottery tickets) and related services. This includes, but is not limited to: Game planning Game design and programming Game and prize structure development Computer programming in conformity with technical specifications Secure printing plant Scratchers production and delivery Inventory management Digital programs or extensions Marketing and sales support Systems analysis New equipment and maintenance of systems, programs, and equipment Additional special services, products and features, and industry innovations that are or become available during the term of the Contract, as requested by the Lottery.
