General Requirements: The contractor shall provide both live virtual classes and face-to-face instructor-led training classes for the Office of Administration, Information Technology Services Division in accordance with the provisions and requirements stated herein and to the sole satisfaction of the state agency. The state agency may request additional classes to be offered by the contractor throughout the life of the contract. All classes will be on an as-needed, if-needed basis with no guarantee of frequency of classes or class sizes. The contractor shall either provide the services directly or shall provide a person/personnel who must comply with the requirements stated herein. Therefore, references to “the contractor” throughout this document shall also be deemed to include the person/personnel provided by the contractor. Contractor’s Obligation: Unless otherwise specified herein, the contractor shall furnish all material, labor, facilities, equipment, and supplies necessary to provide the perform the services required herein.
