Replace with new commercial overhead doors and operators. 3. Bidder responsible for verifying all measurements and site conditions prior to fabrication and installation. B. Door Specifications: 1. Model: Amarr/ENTREMATIC Model 2742, or approved equivalent. 2. Construction: 2" thick, triple-layer polyurethane insulated commercial overhead door. 3. Panel Style: Pencil groove. 4. Material: 27-gauge steel. 5. R-Value: Minimum R-18. 6. Color: White (interior and exterior). 7. Size: Approximately 12’-2” wide x 12’-1” high (bidder to verify exact dimensions). C. Frame & Trim: 1. Remove and replace all existing wooden jambs and header boards. 2. New jambs and header boards to be constructed using salt-treated/pressure treated lumber. D. Window Section: 1. One full-view section of windows per door. 2. With 1/2” insulated tinted glass with UV protection ( UV protection may be film or tinting.) 3. Window model: 3552 or equivalent. 4. Frame color: White powder-coated finish.
