As Coconut Creek approaches build-out, the goal is to ensure that the City’s economic vitality and sustainability continue by identifying development and redevelopment opportunities and evaluating their impacts on the local economy, municipal services, and the city’s fiscal health. The purpose of this RFP is to develop a comprehensive set of economic redevelopment strategies, provide a detailed economic development evaluation of vacant land owned by the City, identify and evaluate underutilized privately owned properties for potential redevelopment, and conduct a longterm financial analysis for the City of Coconut Creek. It is the City’s intention to engage a multidisciplinary team that will include, at a minimum, the following: 1) Economic Professional 2) Real Estate Professional 3) Urban Design Professional
