• Seamless Network Management: Provide a scalable, cloud-based back-office system for efficient monitoring and control of PWP’s EV charging stations. • Secure and Automated Payment Processing: Support multiple payment methods, including credit/debit cards, mobile apps, and RFID authentication. • Data Analytics and Reporting: Offer real-time and historical data insights for optimizing station utilization and planning future infrastructure expansion. • User Account and Access Management: Enable self-service account management for users and secure role-based access control for administrators. • System Integration and Compatibility: Ensure seamless interoperability with existing EVSE hardware, grid systems, GIS mapping, and city IT infrastructure. • Ongoing Support and Cybersecurity Compliance: Provide software updates, cybersecurity protections, and technical support to maintain long-term reliability and security. • Single Sign-On (SSO): Support Single Sign-On (SSO) via the City's existing identity provider (Entra ID) for all PWP/City application and administrative accounts.
