As described in the Bidding Documents, the bids are for a public works project (“Project”) which consists of traffic control, centerline-tie surveying and tie/monument replacement if removed, asphalt repairs including tree root removals, asphalt cold milling, hot mix asphalt paving, sewer and storm drain manhole-cover adjusting, water system valve-cover adjusting, clearing and grubbing for slurry seal, crack sealing, mechanically removing striping in slurry seal areas, slurry seal Type II resurfacing, dust control, street sweeping, thermoplastic re-striping, reinstalling pavement markings, and related work. Work on the Project must be performed in strict conformity with Specifications No. PW 25-07 as adopted by the El Segundo City Council on May 20, 2025, which is filed with the Public Works Department.
