As to the agent / broker proposer’s products, services and deliverables, the following shall be provided: • Consulting solutions and problem-solving regarding exposures and events as needed. • Insurance exposure analysis and insurance coverage placement • Maintenance of all Excel spreadsheets for all exposure data • Complete premium allocations by department, including per employee and per location and per vehicle and per equipment breakdowns • Assemble and complete Workers Compensation audits and Auto audits • Attend 90% of all BOMA work sessions every second and fourth Tuesday nights at 5:00pm • Review of insurance provisions for all city contracts • Review of all certificates of insurance received by the city • Process and facilitate all certificate of insurance required of the city • Periodic analysis of flood zone exposures • Assist with claims management and claims advocacy • Conduct quarterly claim reviews • Participate and/or facilitate on-sit,,,
