This project involves the installation and configuration of data cabling to support upgraded audio systems throughout all areas of the school campus, including but not limited to classrooms, hallways, the auditorium, gymnasium, cafeteria and administrative offices. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the scope of work in compliance with applicable codes and district standards and as defined by the specs provided below. In summary a total of approximately 220 Internet drops and subsequent wire runs will be installed and configured by selected vendor. Said wire runs will extend from classrooms and specific drop locations (see attached maps) and be routed to network closets, terminated in a patch panel, labeled, connected and tested for connectivity. It is understood that the selected vendor will obtain any required electrical licensing as well as any legal networking permits applicable to state and federal laws.
