Any deviations from the required specifications must be clearly noted in the submitted proposal. Material deviations may cause a bid to be rejected, at the sole discretion of the Authority. The utility vehicle and accessories must meet or exceed the following requirements: 1. Color: Sunset Red, to provide high visibility in various emergency scenarios. 2. Vehicle Configuration: 4-door, 6-passenger capacity with factory-installed front and rear doors. The doors will provide additional protection from environmental hazards and ensure safe vehicle operation. 3. Climate Control: Factory-installed heating and air conditioning system, ensuring comfort for operators and passengers in both extreme hot and cold conditions. 4. Winch: A heavy-duty factory-installed front winch with a remote operation system for efficient loading and vehicle recovery operations in difficult terrain. 5. Windshield: Factory-installed, full glass windshield with a factory-installed windshield wiper system to maintain optimal visibility during inclement weather. 6. Rear Headache Rack: Factory-installed rear headache rack, designed to protect the vehicle’s rear area and occupants from impact.
