The subject of this SEALED BID is screen printing of various items provided by the University to the Awarded Vendor. Awarded Vendor must have the capability to screen print and sublimation print. Awarded Vendor must also have the capability to fulfill orders of fewer than 24 items using the sublimation printing process. The Awarded Vendor is responsible for correcting or replacing deficiencies, included but not limited to incorrect placement, ink bleed, blurry edges, or cracking as deemed unsatisfactory by the University. The University may not accept these items as deficient. The items provided to the Awarded Vendor by the University are often procured a year in advance and come in various materials tailored for sports performance. Due to their exclusivity to the Adidas Partner Intercollegiate Athletic Programs, the Awarded Vendor will assume all financial responsibility, including expedited shipping for any damaged items resulting from the Awarded Vendor's negligence, as determined by the University.
