The consultant will work part time for the Board. Owing to the fact that the purpose of the employing the consultant is firstly to understand what needs to be done to meet Board goals, the following list of features of the scope of work cannot be exhaustive or fully detailed as to specifications, timelines, deliverables, etc. 1. Review and outline the licensure process of psychologists set forth in statute and administrative regulation and as defined by the board and prepare for review and final action by the board through its committees; 2. Review and outline applications for licenses for review and final action by the board through its committees; 3. Review and outline applications for continuing education by licensees for review and final action by the board through its committees; 4. Report suspected allegations of violations of this chapter to the board as a result of reviewing licensure applications and continuing educations applications; 5. Consult with administrative assistants and other office staff hired by or contracted by or provided to the board; 6. Review and outline a process to assist the board chair in coordinating regular and special meetings and agendas and issuing meeting notices under the Open Meetings laws; 7. Review and outline the records retention schedule of the documents of the board; 8. Implement a process for an annual review of the funds received and disbursed; 9. Draft a final report for the board for review and final action by the board;
